Bezoekerscentrum Sonsbeek

Organising exhibitions and activities for both adults and children, Bezoekerscentrum Sonsbeek has been the starting point for walks through Sonsbeek park, Zypendaal park and Gulden Bodem park for the past 25 years. Purpose-trained park guides take visitors on guided tours, which can be part of a package, for example one including lunch. Information about Arnhem parks as well as guides and maps are available from the information desk. The centre is a VVV Tourist Office branch, offering various walking and cycle routes. The visitor centre plays an active part in the Groene Agenda (Green Agenda).
The historic Witte Watermolen (White Water Mill) is staffed by volunteer millers. The organic flour are also available from the shop in the visitor centre.
Bezoekerscentrum Sonsbeek is housed in the eighteenth century granary of the Witte Watermolen on Zijpendaalseweg in Arnhem, a 5-minute walk from the town centre and the railway station. Go to our website for details about opening hours.
